As this cemetery is just around the corner for us, it was high time to visit it – especially with the splendid autumn colours around.
It is a very peaceful place – full of interesting stories and pictures. Like the one of the person who has a cenotaph errected here and the fitting one in Quebec, Canada where he was buried in 1849. Or the one for the members of the research party to discover the North-West-Passage to the Pacific who all died after 2 years in winter on their way (on foot) to Canada.
