As our last evening approached and we were heading to Barcelona the next day (that’s a new blog coming very soon…) we did a last excursion to known places…

The roads with the layers of lava / dust and sand are always impressive

A new development in 50+ years time… (no kidding – they started to build all the infrastructure already)

At the bottom of these secluded bays lies…

A Nudist beach! Hurray! No, just fun – bathing naked is no problem anywhere on the canaries (and in Spain). They are excessively liberal when it comes to clothing as long as you don’t disturb anyone. It’s a nice and peaceful co-existence!
