Part of our walking / exercise allowance is spent at the seaside (well, living in Edinburgh gives you plenty of opportunity for that…). As it was a rather grey day I wanted to capture the mood….

Yet the rocks are covered in lovely seaweeds giving them a beautiful structure

Wonderful to look at

Very delicate

and normally submerged under water

all the rocks are covered

with molluscs in between

and tidal pools as a remain of the tide
