Well, most temples are more or less the same – yet this one is a splendid example of a very typical classical temple.
The entrance over a bridge

Through the main gates

down a long avenue

With lotus ponds and pagodas

Old trees

and just peace

These stone bridges might be rather dangerous for crossing, yet they are so beautiful in the simplicity

Heading homewards

Moss and lychen with creeeping plants everywhere

Very beautiful and serence, indeed

It gives everything a kind of timeless elegance

large spaces

open places and more gates

donations for the hungry (and thirsty) gods

tranquility

and architecture

trees are usually places where gods are dwelling

so some are protected by all means

It’s getting late and the lanters are lit

for the final stage to set

A pond with a pier and by accident the last light created a very subtle wonderful mood

another part of the temple

which just radiates peace and tranquility
